Apple Pie Shake #BodyByVi
In case you hadn’t already heard, all 7 GimmieGirls (and guy!) are taking the 90-day Challenge with BodyByVi! Follow our progress in this post.
Here’s another great shake recipe (YUM!)… this time using fresh apples or applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon. The shakes from Body by Vi are really good “plain”, but it’s fun to mix and match to come up with new combinations as well. This recipe is super easy to make. Milk doesn’t agree with me, so I’ve been using PureAlmond milk in it’s place. I really like the flavor, and I don’t have to worry about feeling ill like I do when I drink milk.
