Baked Tilipia w/Bloody Mary Sauce #BodyByVi

In case you hadn’t already heard, all 7 GimmieGirls (and guy!) are taking the 90-day Challenge with BodyByVi! Follow our progress in this post.

For my recipe this week, I thought I’d change things up a bit and do a main dish instead of a shake recipe. I made this Baked Tilipia w/Bloody Mary Sauce for our family last weekend and it was a BIG hit! It’s quick and easy, and has a little bit of a “kick” to it also. You could try using the spicy Bloody Mary mix if you’re feeling especially adventurous. If so, you might want to warn your dinner guests that it’ll be spicy! This recipe could also be used for any mild-flavored firm-fleshed white fish fillets, or even chicken. So, consider yourselves warned… this stuff is GOOD!

Tilipia: tə-ˈlä-pē-ə, -ˈlā- is an inexpensive, flaky white fish which is mild in flavor and pairs beautifully with all sorts of flavors.
