I saw this on Pinterest and just had to try it! Such an easy way to get more of your daily veggies, and lead a healthier lifestyle. Not a recipe as much as a way of conveniently storing this pre-made meal. The trick is to put the dressing on the bottom, then put the heavier items in first, and lettuce on top so that nothing squishes it.
