Broiled Zucchini Stuff Recipe

Did you know that August 8th is “Sneak some zucchini on your neighbor’s porch day?”  (I didn’t until recently).  Zucchini is easy to grow, nutritious, and produces prolifically, will grow ceaselessly, producing as many as two or three zucchini a day.  It’s inexpensive and readily available at farmer’s markets and grocery stores. Zucchini is high in fiber, water, vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. To make the most of this vegetable’s nutritional value, include its nutrient-rich skin when cooking with zucchini.

My garden’s getting ready to explode with veggies… and I’m expecting that there will be a lot of zucchinis!  This Broiled Zucchini Stuff recipe is easy to make and tastes great!
