  • The onions and tomatoes count as vegetable servings.
  • Crab meat and shrimp are considered Power Fuels.
  • The whole wheat roll is a Smart Carb.
  • The salt, pepper, and lemon juice are for seasoning.
  • The mayo is a limited Extra.
