Super easy and fast White Frosting Recipe! Great to frost cupcakes or cake. Use it white, or make any color with a few drops of food coloring! And, if you don’t have powdered sugar be sure to see the substitution that everyone has in their pantry!
- 1/2 C unsalted butter, softened
- 3 C powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 2 –3 T milk
- Beat softened butter with a mixer (hand or stand) mixer at medium/high until creamy.
- Slowly add sugar.
- Add vanilla and milk, and beat until smooth.
