Fast, Easy Homemade Pizza Rolls Recipe {Low Calorie!}

Here is a quick and easy version of a pizza roll that is super tasty! And, since they’re low calorie compared to store-bought, they’re great for diets! Simple, fast and tasty all in one. This is a healthier version of the to ready-made pizza bites and rolls you’ll find in your grocery store – such as Totino’s Pizza Rolls. They also make a great after-school snack for kids.

If you’re dieting with Nutrisystem, The whole wheat roll is a Smart Carb, the cheese is a Power Fuel and the tomato sauce is considered a vegetable serving. The herbs and spices can be added as extras for flavoring to the tomato sauce.
