Homemade Tomato and Basil Soup Recipe #Nutrisystem

Most of the ingredients in this recipe can all be grown in your own garden, if you have one.  Very healthy, quick and easy to make…and tastes great!  My garden is not producing yet, so I made do with store-bought ingredients.  If you are using store-bought, be sure and check your ingredient list to make sure you’re not getting something with lots of additives and preservatives.  I used Trader Joe’s (brand) of Plum Tomatoes, whole & peeled… they have a very short ingredient list!

This Homemade Tomato and Basil Soup Recipe is just full of good stuff!  There are veggies (tomatoes, onions), fresh herbs (garlic, basil), SmartCarbs: tomatoes PowerFuels: low-fat Parmesan cheese.
