I got a steal of a deal on a case of blackberries at my local wholesale (“crash n dent”) grocery store last week. With a case of berries, you find yourself getting creative with what you can sneak them into. My Body by Vi shake is no exception. So, I tried blending whole blackberries into my shake, and then added a little low-cal vanilla yogurt. It was so good!
