Yummo Breakfast Burrito Recipe
If your family is anything like mine, you’ll want to make up a big batch of these Yummo Breakfast Burritos. My family LOVES them! They are always a big hit at our house. I like to fry up a bunch and have it on hand for snacks as well as breakfast. You can add your favorite toppings, like salsa, sour cream, Mexican cheeses, etc. or just eat ’em plain.
Be sure to keep an eye on the calorie information on your tortilla package. It pays to compare, as there can be a really big difference. Some are 200 calories for one tortilla, while others might be only 90 calories for two tortillas. I only recently discovered that there is such a big variance. Who knew? (not me, obviously). lol.
